While we are very blessed to be an industry deemed

essential to the critical infrastructure of the country,

there is a daily risk we take in working to provide for our

families while keeping the foundation of the country

strong. At Ace, we realize that risk and have a team of

more than 100 individuals dedicated to the mission of

keeping our 625 employees and their families safe

during this pandemic. We are very thankful to report

that at this time, we have no employees who have tested

positive for COVID-19. Regardless, we need to stay

diligent and prayerful.

So far, it seems the actions we all have taken have

been successful. In addition to continually working to

make sure our job sites have appropriate PPE and

sanitizer, we have also been purchasing thermometers,

masks, gloves, hand-washing stations and porta-johns

for our sites. We also have implemented some

common-sense social distancing and hygiene guidelines:

1. No handshakes or unnecessary contact should be

made. Shared meals and group socialization should

be avoided unless social distancing of 6 feet is

practiced.

2. Everyone should be particularly attentive to hand

washing whenever possible. Attempt to change out

and launder work gloves often.

3. Leaders should limit their interactions with other

contractors by speaking only with the designated

lead person.

4. Teams should make every effort to stay within their

own work space with limited movement between

areas unless absolutely necessary.

5. When possible, eliminate the use of printed

materials that will be handled by multiple people.

6. Meetings should be conducted outdoors as weather

permits or in large open spaces and limited to no

more than 10 people. Use video and conference

calls for all off-site personnel.

7. Drivers who make deliveries to our jobsites are to

remain in their truck and onsite staff will unload/

load the truck.

8. Visits by office staff to job sites should be kept to a

minimum.

9. Tools, ladders, handrails and other high contact

areas should be disinfected often.

By taking these actions, we hope to keep as many

employees healthy on our projects, continue to deliver

excellent performance, and meet the expectations of our

customers. With your help and support we know we will

be doing all we can.

We will make it through this. We are Ace and we are

strong. God bless you all.
