USB-ED CC 01 MSThe Sennheiser USB-ED CC 01 MS adapter cable offers, in combination with Sennheiser’s CIRCLE™ and CENTURY™ head-set variants*, contact centers and offices an easy to implement and cost-effective Skype for Business certified headset solution. It allows companies transitioning to Skype for Business to continue using their existing Sennheiser CIRCLE™ and CENTURY™ headsets with Easy Disconnect plug, maximizing their previous headset investment.

User focusThe USB-ED CC 01 MS headset adapter cable is ideal for contact centers and hot-desking environments, where users frequently change shifts or workdesk. With its simple quick-release mechanism, the durable Easy Disconnect plug is designed to withstand the daily wear and tear of shift changes and protect the easily damaged USB ports in the users’ PC. When disconnecting the headset, calls are put on hold, allowing users to leave their workstations, return and continue, or pass-on the call. In line with current EU directives, the USB-ED CC 01 MS features a Noise at Work limiter** to protect users against hearing damage.
