Marion will provide highlights of USDA Foods in the current school year and provide options for entitlement spending in next school year.  This is a great time to assess the impact of USDA Foods on the implementation of your menu plan for this year. As you begin planning your menus for School Year 2017-2018, you will be able to determine the role for USDA Foods can play in assisting with your foods costs.
