Keynote: Talk the Talk: Reputation Management for Child Nutrition Programs John Bennet

Comprehensive reputation management is the hottest topic in professional public relations circles today, and this exciting session applies the concepts of reputation management to the child nutrition business as we embark on the second decade of the new millennium. Attendees will learn about proactive PR, Reactive PR (crisis management), internal PR, menu messaging, repetition of key themes and messages, and much more – all with specific and topical examples from John’s 20-plus years as a specialist in making child nutrition programs look their best in the public eye.

A good reputation is golden; a bad one is poison. What makes the difference between the two? YOU DO!
