b2Email options
o Send: Send the e-mail o Mail Boss: Send e-mail copy to your boss (Boss’s e-mail is defined by the system
admin) o Mail Me: Send a copy to your mailbox o Attach: Browse your PC and add external attachments. To remove attachment clicks
on it then on delete o Print: Print your document on b2Email default printer (as defined by the system
admin). The print option in the pull down “file” menu provides you with list of printers to choose from.
o Priority: Tag the e-mail with priority mark“!” o Receipt: Have the receiver acknowledge receipt of the e-mail o Exit: Exit the e-mail window
To/CC/BCC
You can send the report to legal e-mail address or fax numbers.

You can write a subject, or if none were written, a user predefined subject will be automatically filled.
Company Number + Font
Each user has possibility to use more than one logo, all what you need to do is specify the company number and the system will attach the proper logo for this company, as defined by the system admin. You also have the option to change the font size of the report.
Report Format
Choose one of the following formats:
o A-PDF: ASCII- PDF (using default Font) o G-PDF: Graphical – PDF (Using Baan/ERP Ln fonts) o XLSX: Microsoft Excel 2007+ format o XLS: Microsoft Excel format o RTF: RTF Format (Rich Text Format) o CSV: CSV Format (Comma Separated Values) o TXT: Text Format o HTML: HTML Format o XML: XML Format o BPF: BW Print Format o Body: The report will be in the e-mails body o PrtScn: Print Screen of the session. See Page 10. (Available only in maintain sessions)
Paper Type & Orientation Choose your paper type (size) and paper orientation.
You can use any of the arrows to zoom to address books.
Sending Options o Logo: Attach Logo to PDF, RTF, and HTML documents o Signature: Sign PDF Documents o Cover Page: Add Cover Page to your Fax o Secure PDF: Allows you to send the PDF file with the following feature:
Copy & paste (text) disabled Cannot be edited by Acrobat Writer Cannot Print the file

Lock the file with a password o Zipped: Send the report and the External Attachments zipped
Options: You can save your options as default by clicking on: Options>Save Defaults. All
options will be saved by company/User/Report. You can also clear the defaults.
PDF Settings – Under Options:
These options are specific to PDF formats. Here you can change the vertical font scale and then the font stretched vertically in the PDF (10 is the default/original value). You can also change the line spacing to increase or decrease the spaces between the lines. The default/original value is 1
* You can view a log of all e-mails sent by you using session tccom2dislog7 (Display E-mail Logs)

By pressing the arrow at the right hand of window (To/CC/BCC), the system automatically zooms to your Default Contact Address Book.
You can filter the selection based on e-mail, fax, or both by selecting the “Specific” menu.

By pressing the arrow at the right hand of window (To/CC/BCC), the system automatically zooms to your Default Contact Address Book by B.P. (Business Partner).
You can filter the selection based on e-mail, fax, or both by selecting the “Specific” menu.

7 Sending Print Screens
By clicking on Specific -> b2Email Plus you can send “Print Screen” from any session, which has been defined by the system administrator. You can preview the screen shot (edit it if you like, and save it) and then send it to whoever you want.

Warning In case you are not familiar with Unix/NT commands or with ERP Ln tools, please contact your system administrator before you proceed with the installation. In case of any question, please contact us and we will arrange to have a technical support person assist you install b2Email.
