For the first time you will be able to track, monitor and access intelligence about UK and Worldwide shipments through a single system. You will be able to view a rate quote, complete return shipments and there will be a different label format that carries your unique reference number.

FedEx Ship ManagerTM Lite is a simplified tool that helps you process single-piece, non-Freight outbound shipments. A good choice when you ship less frequently.

PACKAGING AND MARKING 7.2 – The Shipper shall ensure that every Shipment (and where a Shipment consists of more than one parcel, package or container every suchitem) is legibly and durably marked with the full name and address of the Recipient including without limitation, building number, street name, city and postcode and in accordance with the Carrier'srequirements as notified in writing to the Shipper from time to time. 8. REFUSAL AND INSPECTION OF SHIPMENTS 8.2 – The Carrier may, at its sole discretion, or upon request of the competentauthorities, open and inspect any Shipment without notice at any time and shall incur no liability of any kind therefore. 11. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY Please see our FedEx UK Conditions ofCarriage for details. 12. LIMITS OF LIABILITY 13.1 – Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Conditions the Carrier’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud is notlimited. 13.2 – Except as otherwise provided in these Conditions the liability of the Carrier in respect of claims for loss, mis­delivery, late delivery, non delivery of or damage to goods comprising theShipment howsoever sustained shall in all circumstances be limited to the lesser of:­ 13.2.1 – the value of the Shipment or part Shipment actually lost, mis­delivered, not delivered, delivered late ordamaged which in respect of new goods shall be the cost to the owner and in respect of all other goods the reasonable second­hand value of the Shipment (taking into account fair wear and tear andreasonable depreciation applicable to the Shipment but, in any event, not less than 25% (twenty five percent) annual depreciation); 13.2.2 – the cost of repairing any damage or of re­conditioning thegoods; or 13.2.3 – £12 (twelve pounds) per kilo calculated on the actual gross weight of the Shipment (or where part of the Shipment only is lost, mis­delivered, not delivered, delivered late or damagedcalculated on the gross weight of that part) or such higher amount if the Shipper has agreed in advance to pay for Enhanced Transit Liability in accordance with Condition 14. 10. 16. Claims Allclaimsmust be made within strict time limits. Please see our FedEx UK conditions of Carriage for details. 21. DATA PROTECTION 21.5 – By submitting personal data to the Carrier the Shipper consentsto: 21.5.1 – the Carrier using this data for the purpose of the Carrier (or its agents or subcontractors) performing their obligations in providing its service; 21.5.2 – the Carrier, in its sole discretionsharing this personal data with (i) FedEx Corporation, its subsidiaries and/or branches which may be located either inside or outside the EEA (by way of example, including Federal Express Europe Inc,Federal Express Corporation and FedEx Corporation which are companies registered in the United States and with operations located around the world) (‘FedEx Group’); 21.5.3 – Third party serviceproviders such as agents or subcontractors of the Carrier (‘Third Party Contractors’). 22. GENERAL 22.7– The Contract and these Conditions shall be governed by English law (save where both partiesare domiciled in Scotland or Northern Ireland where local law shall apply) and the Courts of the country where the Carrier has its principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respectof any dispute between the Carrier and the Shipper and/or owner of or persons interested in any Shipment.

TrackingHow can I now track my shipment?There are several ways to track your shipment. You can track using the mobile app, online, or set up an email notification.

My tracking number is not recognised?Please contact Customer Services on 02476 70 66 90.

ShippingHow do I request a Saturday delivery?Saturday Delivery will only appear if eligible based on your ship date.

On FedEx Ship ManagerTM Lite (Ship online - quick and simple), it will be selectable with the rate quotes.

On FedEx Ship ManagerTM at fedex.com (Ship online - all features), you have to select the Saturday Delivery tick box on the module Package & Shipment Details.

Is FedEx UK packaging free?There are 3 types of packs available for free: small, medium and large packs. Please note: Economy and freight service packaging is available for a fee.

ReportsWhere can I see a history of my shipments?Login to FedEx Ship ManagerTM at fedex.com and go to the fourth tab called Reports. You can extract shipping reports reaching back 45 days.

FedEx accountWhy is my account number changing?As part of the migration of our current ‘domestic’ system into our corporate system, a corporate account has been created for you.

If you already ship internationally on fedex.com, your existing 9-digit account will be enabled for domestic shipping by the upgrade.

You can verify your 9 digit account number any time by logging in to My Profile on fedex.com.

Can I still use my old account number?You will no longer be able to use your FedEx UK 5 or 6 digit account number to ship.

Can I ship using international services on my new account number?If you need to send an international shipment, you can use your new account but we advise that you check with your account executive to set up rates on this service.

QuoteHow do I get a shipping quote?Rates will be populated once you have entered the service, packaging and weight into the shipment screen within FedEx Ship Manager®.Alternatively, you can get rates on fedex.com/gb by clicking on the ship tab and selecting “Get rates and transit times”.

BillingWhy am I receiving 2 invoices? Can I get a combined invoice?You will continue to receive 2 invoices, from FedEx UK for your domestic shipments and from FedEx Express for your international shipments.

Can I have a Statement of Account?Yes – we can provide you with a combined statement showing you all your open transactions with FedEx. Please contact Customer Services on 02476 70 66 90.

Do I still need to make separate payments?You can combine your payments to FedEx UK and FedEx Express into one payment if you pay by cheque or BACs. Please ensure you supply the invoice numbers and amounts you are paying on your remittance that you should send by email to [email protected].

Why have I been invoiced for 250kg on the FedEx 1Day Freight service when I only shipped 75kg?There is a minimum invoice weight of 250kg for the FedEx 1Day Freight service.

How do I access my invoices online? Sign up to FedEx® Billing Online. It helps you track the status of your invoices, dispute charges, download your invoice data, and create payment instructions over the Internet.

I wish to pay by credit or debit cards, how can I do this?You can register your details on FedEx® Billing Online.

How can I request a copy of my invoice?You can register on FedEx® Billing Online and extract a copy of your invoice.
