User manual for LMS Parent Portal. Step 1 Go to URL address https://lms.iukl.edu.my. Click on “To Parent Login” button to go to parent portal login. Step 2 Please insert your children Student ID and your Password to login into Parent Portal. Then, click “Login” button.

User manual for LMS Parent Portal.

Step 1

Go to URL address https://lms.iukl.edu.my. Click on “To Parent Login” button to go to parent portal

login.

Step 2

Please insert your children Student ID and your Password to login into Parent Portal. Then, click

“Login” button.

Step 3

When login success, it will go to Dashboard Parent Portal. Click the “x” to close the announcement.

Step 4

Click the avatar icon at the right top corner. Then, click “Manage Accounts” to change your avatar,

email and mobile phone.

Step 5

Click the avatar icon at the right top corner. Then, click “Change Password” to change your Parent

Password. After insert the current password and new password, click the “Change” button to change

your current password to new password that you have entered.

Step 6

At the left menu, click “Home” menu. It will go to dashboard and view the announcement. You can

click each of the announcement to see the details.

Step 7

Go to menu “My Statement” and click submenu “Student Statement”. Here, you can do a

transaction for fees payment. Have 3 ways to make fees payment.

Step 8

Go to menu “Academic”, click on submenu “Academic Landscape”. In here, you can see the subject

of your children need to take by follow the academic landscape. You also can print this academic

landscape by clicking the “Print Academic Landscape” button.

Step 9

In menu “Academic”, click on “Exam Result”. Here, you can see the result of your children for the

past semester. Please select the Semester for view the exam result.

Step 10

In menu “Academic”, click on “Semester Status”. In here, you can see your children result for every

semester.

Step 11

Go to “Class” menu. Then, click on “Timetable” submenu. Here, you can see your children timetable

and you can print the timetable.

Step 12

For “Registrar” menu, click the “Academic Regulation” submenu. You can download the document

about academic regulation by clicking on download icon.

Step 13

For “Registrar” menu, click the “Academic Policies” submenu. You can download the document

about academic policies by clicking on download icon.

Step 14

For “Registrar” menu, click the “Exam Regulation” submenu. You can download the document about

exam regulation by clicking on download icon.

Step 15

For “Registrar” menu, click the “Registrar Office Form” submenu. You can download the document

about registrar office form by clicking on download icon.

Step 16

For “Student Affair” menu, click the “Rule & Regulation” submenu. You can download the document

about student rule and regulation by clicking on download icon.

Step 17

For “Student Affair” menu, click the “Student Election Manual” submenu. You can download the

document about student election manual by clicking on download icon.

Step 18

For “Student Affair” menu, click the “Induction Handbook” submenu. You can download the

document about induction handbook by clicking on download icon.

Step 19

For “Student Affair” menu, click the “Insurance” submenu. You can download the document about

insurance by clicking on download icon.

Step 20

The last menu for parent portal is library. When you click “Library” menu, it will take you to the IUKL

Library website.
