PASSWORD RESET OPTION

• When business users logon on with user ID and password, inevitably some forget their password. To help these users, we have enabled a logon help link on the Logon screen. Business users choose this link, enter their data in the request form, and, assuming they entered their data correctly, receive a new password from the system . Portal generates the password and e-mails it to the business user.

• Pre-requisite

• User email address is mandatory and has to be maintained in the user profile.

• If there is no email id maintained, user will receive an error message ‘User information incorrect. Cannot send e-mail with new password’.

• Service request to be raised with LEVEREDGE Support Team to maintain the User email id.

• If security question is not maintained..User will receive an error message “You have not set a security question. Go to "Manage my profile" to choose a security question.”

• Service request to be raised with LEVEREDGE Support Team to maintain the security question/answer

SECURITY QUESTION

• System is configured the use of a security question. This provides an additional layer of security. The

user must answer the question correctly in addition to entering data in the request form. Users can

use a list of five predefined, hard-coded questions . When entering the answer to the security

question, system ignores case

• Prerequisites when user logs in to the system first time, the below details marked in Yellow needs to

be updated. Because this question will be asked when requesting for password reset.

• Portal Path-> Personalize->User Profile->Modify

THE PORTAL WILL TAKE YOU TO A SCREEN WHICH REQUESTS YOU TO ENTER THE USER ID AND THE REGISTERED EMAIL ID OF THE USER

Note: the email provided above should be the email which was shared while the user id was created.. The business users

must enter this data exactly as it appears in their user profile.

• เมอผใชงานเขาสระบบดวยรหสผใชและรหสผาน บางคนลมรหสผาน เพอผใชงาน จงไดเปดใชงานการเชอมโยงความชวยเหลอเขาสระบบบนหนาจอการเขาสระบบ ผใชเลอกการเชอมโยงนใหปอนขอมลในรปแบบค าขอและสมมตวาไดปอนขอมลอยางถกตองจะไดรบรหสผานจากระบบ โดยระบบจะสรางรหสผานสงไปยงอเมลผใชงาน

สงทตองรกอน

• ทอยอเมลของผใชจ าเปนตองกรอกและจะตองมการเกบรกษาไวในโปรไฟลผใช • หากไมมอเมลรกษาผใชจะไดรบขอความแสดงขอผดพลาดขอมลผใชทไมถกตอง ไม สามารถสงอเมลทมรหสผานใหมไปใหได

• แจงค าขอใชบรการโดยทมสนบสนน LEVEREDGE เพอก าหนดชออเมลใหผใช • หากค าถามเพอความปลอดภยไมใสไว.. ผใชจะไดรบขอความแจงขอผดพลาด "คณยงไมไดตงค าถามเพอความปลอดภยใหไปท "จดการโปรไฟลของฉน" เพอเลอก "ค าถามส าหรบความปลอดภย"
