1. Get to Know Your Camera

1.1 Full front appearance of camera A

2. Establish a network connection

To Connect LAN

· After power on the camera, connect one end of the network cable to the

camera network interface, and the other end connected to the router LAN

interface (make sure the router DHCP function is on), after successfully

connected, the yellow light on, the green light flashes.

To Connect WIFI

·After connecting camera with power,you can download the Client 2cu via

Apple App store or Android Google Play,or visit http://2cu.co/ to downloadthe client,and register according to instructions.

Description: After finished the “2CU” installation, go to Settings> Check

for new updates, it will work after “2CU” being updated to the latest version.

· Solution 1: By APP software to create QR code and set WIFI

Connection

Open 2CU > Tools> smart scan, enter WIFI user account and password, click

“next” and QR code can be generated automatically. Put QR code on the

central of camera lens and keep distance about 20-30cm.

4. FAQ

1. Q: When adding a device, APP did not prompt the discovery of new

equipment

A: Please check if the cameras and cell phone are in the same LAN; Please

check if the camera’s network indicator keeps on;

If cameras and cell phone are not in the same LAN, it recommended touse the ID number manually add cameras;

2. Q: When view live video, the device reminds the password is wrong

A: Please check if the remote access password which being set when adds

the device is right or not. If not, please select edit to re-set it from the list

of entries in the camera.

If you forget your remote access password of the camera, suggest

you to press the reset button to restore the device to factory defaults

(The factory default, the device’s password is empty, the first time add

camera, need to create a new password. Otherwise, remote access will

not be accepted)

3. Q: “Device list” reminds the devices is offline,

A: Please check whether the network of cameras is normal, and network

indicator of device is on;

Please check whether the router network is normal;

4. Q: Remote Control Wizard cannot control the camera rotation

A: Please check if the Remote Wizard is connected with the cell phone’s

headphone normally;

Please adjust the direction of Remote Control Wizard, aimed at the

camera IR receiver. Some phones need to adjust the volume keys to

maximum.

5. Q: Unable to search video files during playback A: Please check if the SD card is damaged;

Please check the retrieval time of the video file, the System

Time of camera;

6. Q: There is abnormal sound from the device after you get the

samples at hand.

A: Please confirm the abnormal sound from the device was notwhen you try to invert the camera, if yes, then it is normal.Since the magnetic bead of the switch which inside of the camera will

make a sound as well when it scrolling to the other end so as to realize

the gravity sensing function when you inverted the camera so as to help

you see the upright image at your mobile device.

6. Appendix

6.1 Optional accessories-Remoter

(1) Set Defense: One key setting defense to realize the motion detection and

wireless alarm function

(2) Delete Defense: One key delete defense to cancel alarm functions above

(3) Emergency buttons: one key for emergency alarm function to realize both

local ring alarm and remote video push as well as snapshot email alarm

(4) Privacy Mask Button: one key for privacy mask, stops video and image

Notice:

(1) The remoter and IR Wizard need to align the infrared receiver of the

camera to realize its’ operation

(2) The remote request code learning, the same method as the wireless

detector. The wireless detector triggers the detector while learning code

means “already learn code successfully”. The remoter to learn code, a

beep sound out after you press the setting defense button means learn

code success

6.2 Device-Online Upgrade

Once you have successfully added the camera to your App’s contact list. One

press at “device list> Settings>Device Upgrade”, the camera will reminds you

if the software was latest version.
