  • User Role Types (User Permission Profiles) This guide will provide an overview of user types. User types a used to set permission rights when adding pages and modules. There are three default user types: 1. Administrators this user has the highest level of site access including the ability to

    add and edit pages, add module and content and add users. 2. All Users this setting will allow non-registered users to access the page or module

    without logging into to the intranet site. A non-registered user is better defined as the general public or anyone who visits the page. Enabling this user to access a page or module is not recommend and should only be used when the page needs to be viewed by the public.

    3. Registered Users this user is a user the Administrator have registered and invited to access the intranet site. This is the most common user type.
