    UNITILE USF 800 EDGE SUPPORT RIGID GRID SYSTEM (ESRG) FFH 400 mm

    LAMINATED PANEL

    UnitileUSF 800 Access Floor panel of size 600 x 600 mm shall be of pressure molded unitized steel construction, with topplain sheet and bottom pan of 64 conca! "!m#$%"!ca' &!c!$$!$ o& #nc&!a$! $*%%o&+ fuse welded at top of eachdome and along the edges at 1 locations to form a panel of an o!erall thic"ness of #$ mm% &he panel after cleaning,degreasing, phosphating b' 11 tan" process is finished with 0 ( 60 micron ba"ed epox' powder coat for maximumadhesion to the panel surface and corrosion resistance% &he inner empt' core of the panel is in)ected with a controlleddesign mix of light weight, fire retardant, non combustible cementitious compound, plasticizers, and stabilizers at highpressure to full' grout all internal spaces of the panel ensuring contact of not less than *0+ of the top surface area of thepanel%

    &he panel is then laminated with 1%0 thic" floor grade Antistatic -igh .ressure /aminate on a semi (automated lamination

    line to ensure maximum bonding to the steel surface% &he edges of the laminated are protected with conducti!e . edgetrim $mm wide on all sides% &his edge trim is mechanicall' loc"ed and sealed in place to a!oid detachment%

    SU, STRU-TURE . PEDESTAL ASSEM,LY

    Sub structure installed to support the panel shall be suitable to achie!e a minimum finished floor height of 400 mm fromthe existing floor le!el% .edestal shall be of All steel construction and pro!ide eas' ad)ustment of le!eling and accuratel'align panels for a maximum 2 $ mm in the !ertical direction and shall confirm speed' assembl' and remo!al forrelocation and maintenance%

    &he .edestal head assembl' shall consist of a 3$ x 3$ x #%$0 mm embossed head mechanicall' ri!eted to a 100mm long1*mm dia rolled formed stud and anti bac" off nuts for le!el ad)ustment and arresting !ertical mo!ement %&he head

    assembl' is fitted with an anti(!ibrational conducti!e cap with inbuilt isolating spacers for .anel and stringer location%
