Overview and Benefits

Log in to AT&T Business Center using your email address

You no longer need to create and remember a unique user name when logging in to Business Center. Simply use your email address associated with your account to log in.

Link your user IDs

You can now link your AT&T BusinessDirect® user IDs to your Business Center profile.

When you link your user IDs, you can log in to Business Center once without needing to switch between multiple AT&T BusinessDirect user IDs.

Benefits

Simply enter your email address and password to log in to Business Center. No need to remember multiple user names to log in.

Conveniently access your AT&T BusinessDirect tools from Business Center.

Easily select and work in various profiles that you’ve set up.

Log in to Business Center using your email address

We’ve changed how you log in to Business Center. If you’ve been using your username to log in, you’ll now use your email address instead.

Use your email address to log in

To log in to Business Center, you now use the email address associated with your account. This is the one you used when you activated Business Center.

If you don’t remember your Business Center email address, call us at 844.288.3249.

To log in to Business Center

1. Go to businesscenter.att.com.

2. Enter your Business Center email address.

3. Enter your password.

4. Click Log in.

Note: If you enter your username, you’re prompted to enter your email address instead.

Link your AT&T BusinessDirect user IDs with your Business Center profile.

Link your user profiles (1 of 3)

If you have more than one AT&T BusinessDirect user ID associated with your Business Center email address, you can easily link your profiles.

To link a profile

1. From your Business Center homepage, click My Profile at the top of the page.

2. On the My Profile menu, click Select and link profiles.

This opens the Link user profiles page.

On the Link user profiles page:

1. If the Show unlinked profiles toggle is Off, switch it to On to see your unlinked profiles.

2. On the AT&T BusinessDirect profile of interest, click Link.

This opens the Link user profiles pop-up window.

Note:

If more than one company is associated with your Business Center profile, you can select a different company at the top of the page.

On the Link user profiles pop-up window:

1. Enter the AT&T BusinessDirect Username.

2. Enter the AT&T BusinessDirect Password.

3. Click Validate.

4. If your information is validated, you receive a success message that you’ve linked your profiles. You will also receive a confirmation email.

To link additional AT&T BusinessDirect profiles to your Business Center profile, follow the instructions on the previous pages.

Note:

After you link an AT&T BusinessDirect profile, you can no longer log in to AT&T BusinessDirect using the former user ID. Instead, simply log in to Business Center to access your applications.

Choose your default profile

You can select a default profile to simplify your access. Your Business Center homepage and your AT&T BusinessDirect Tools widget reflect the information associated with your default profile.

To choose a default profile

1. On the Link and select user profiles page, if the Show unlinked profiles toggle is On, switch it to Off to see your linked profiles.

2. Select the profile you want.

3. Check the Make this my default profile box.

4. Click Continue. This opens your Business Center homepage.

The next time you log in to Business Center your homepage will be loaded with your default selections.

To unlink an AT&T BusinessDirect profile, please contact your AT&T representative or call 844.288.3249 (844.ATT.eBIZ). Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.

Access your tools in AT&T BusinessDirect

After you’ve linked your profiles, you only need to log in to Business Center once to access the AT&T BusinessDirect tools associated with the linked profiles.

To access your AT&T BusinessDirect tools

1. From the Business Center homepage, go to the AT&T BusinessDirect Tools widget.

2. Select the AT&T BusinessDirect category of interest. To view the tools in that category for the selected profile, click its down arrow.

3. Select the tool of interest.

4. The page for the selected AT&T BusinessDirect tool appears in a separate window.
