• Fall 2004 – Start of BP Engineering Scholarship Programme.
• Khazar will have 16 BP sponsored students
( 4 in each year of study ) – 8 in 2004 rising to 16 in 2007.
• Long-term programme earning up to $40,000 per year for Khazar
• Khazar with links to Middle Eastern Technical University, Ankara ( Also BP Scholarship University ) engaged in joint exercise of finding, testing and matriculating BP Scholarship students.
• Potential for student exchanges between 2 similar Pet. Eng programmes.
• Enhanced co-operation on western accreditation for Pet. Eng. Degrees.
• Opens up additional research opportunities between Khazar, Heriot Watt & METU.
