The concept: EMUs and Spatial Units
The Ocean Accounts
Shallow / Epipelagic (0 - <200m)
Moderate Depth / Mesopelagic (200 - <1,000m)
Deep / Bathypelagic (1000 - <4,000m)
Very Deep / Abyssopelagic (≥4,000m)

Conclusions
Using Overlay of EMUs as spatial units
- difficult from overlapping of EMUs at same depth level
- Break down EMUs to finer classification of depth level?
Thank you
