The 1ST button is the insert button

When clicked it will display the insert picture box for you to choose the picture you want to insert

The image control icon is to control your picture in turning it to grayscale, black and white, watermark or automatic where it leaves it with full color

The Copping tool is used to delete excess portions of a picture to put main focus on a certain point in the picture

This tool is used to rotate pictures the more you click it the more it will rotate

The Line Style allows the user to make a line or a shape or arrow to be fatter or thinner depending on preference.

The Compression tool allows images to take up less space when saving it. It is good if your saving your word document to disk, however it reduces the quality of the picture

The text wrapping tool allow you to choose how the picture is presented. It can either be behind the text or in front of the text. There are 8 ways to customize it in this tool

By clicking the format button it gives you a lot of options to choose from including all the ones on the toolbar, however the ones on the toolbar are meant for easy access and with the toolbar you get instant feedback

The set transparency button allows the user to make a certain color the is all connected to disappear so you can see the background behind the picture
