self-assessment – it means the idea about oneself, oneself expectations, characteristics;
wishes and expectations of parents;

znalosti a informace o různých profesích;
vlastní školní prospěch, zkušenosti s vlastními výkony v různých oblastech a jejich hodnocení;
sebehodnocení, tj. představa o sobě samém, o svých předpokladech a osobnostních vlastnostech;
přání a očekávání rodičů; doporučení školy; informace získané od
spolužáků (Vágnerová, M. 2001).

failure in learning - choice of field of vocational school before high school;
school year 2000/2001 – education to career choice is a part of primary education;
doporučení vhodné a všestranně vyhovující profese;
SPU – jedinci s průměrnou, nadprůměrnou inteligencí;
selhání v učení - volba oborů odborného učiliště před střední školou;
školní rok 2000/2001 - součástí základního vzdělávání výchova
k volbě povolání.

The aim:
analysis of possibilities of professional orientation pupils with specific learning difficulties with focus on education for career choice and career counselling on compulsory schools and high schools;
realizace : 09/2007 - 06/2008 oblast šetření : základní
školy s SPU – Brno město (5 základních škol)
Cíl: analýza možnosti profesní
orientace žáků s SPU se zaměřením na výchovu k volbě povolání a profesní poradenství na základních a středních školách;
Partials aims of research:
to analyse a choice of high school by pupils with specific learning difficulties themselves;
to analyse reasons which lead pupils to choice of high school;
to find out, if pupils want to be taken into account at high school during their studies;
to find out, if pupils want to be taken into account during final exams;
analyzovat výběr střední školy samotnými žáky s SPU;
analyzovat důvody, které žáky k volbě střední školy směřovaly;
zajistit, zda žáci chtějí být na střední škole zohledňováni při studiu;
zjistit, zda žáci chtějí být zohledňováni v rámci maturitních či závěrečných zkoušek.

Hypotheses:
H1: Students with specific learning difficulties are accepted at high school without entrance exams more often than with entrance exam or interview.
H2: Students are more influenced by parents than by educating counsellor in area of choosing the high school.
H 3: Girls think about university studies more often than boys.
H1: Žáci s SPU bývají častěji přijati na střední školy bez přijímacích zkoušek než na základě přijímací zkoušky či pohovoru.
H2: Žáky ve větší míře ovlivňuje při volbě střední školy rodina než výchovný poradce.
H 3:Dívky uvažují o studiu na vysoké škole ve větší míře než chlapci.

Conclusions of research
H1: Students with specific learning difficulties are accepted at high school without entrance exams more often than with entrance exam or interview.
Students were accepted on high school from 83 % without entrance exams,
12 % they had to pass entrance exams or interview
only 5 % of them made tanlent exams.
The most student from special classes were accepted on high vocational schools, on high technical schools (27 %) and on integrated school (13 %).
H1: Žáci s SPU bývají častěji přijati na střední školy bez přijímacích zkoušek než na základě přijímací zkoušky či pohovoru.
žáci byli z 83 % přijati na střední školu bez přijímacích zkoušek,
12 % na základě přijímací zkoušky či pohovoru a pouze,
5 % na základě talentové zkoušky,
Nejvíce žáků ze speciálních tříd (59 %) bylo přijato na střední odborná učiliště, na střední odborné školy (27 %) a integrované střední školy (13 %).
Conclusions of research
H2: Students are more influenced by parents than by educating counsellor in area of choosing the high school.
Students were influenced the most of all by parents (68 %),
the next place were friends and schoolmates (31 %),
and quite often they answered like „other“ (30 %),
in15% they were influenced by support centre.
Career counsellor and teacher had minimal impression – only 5% of students.
H2: Žáky ve větší míře ovlivňuje při volbě střední školy rodina než výchovný poradce.
žáky nejvíce při volbě střední školy ovlivnila rodina (68 %),
dále kamarádi, spolužáci (31 %), často uváděli možnost „jiné“ (30
%), v (15 %) – PPP, ve velmi malé míře - zastoupen
výchovný poradce a učitel o volbě povolání (5 % žáků).
Conclusions of research
H 3: Girls think about university studies more often than boys.
This question was answered by 94 students.
The number of girls that answered positively was higher than the number of boy.
56% of girls and 48% of boys wanted to study at university.
Total quantity of students that wanted to study at university was 51%.
H 3:Dívky uvažují o studiu na vysoké škole ve větší míře než chlapci.
Odpovědělo 94 studentů. Počet dívek u kladné odpovědi
mírně převyšoval počet chlapců.
Na vysoké škole by chtělo studovat 56 % dívek a 48 % chlapců.
Celkem by na vysoké škole chtělo studovat 51 % žáků
Conclusion
The choice of high school – more often schools ended by vocational certificate than by leaving examitation
boys – technical fields of study (car mechanic) food fields of study and services;
girls - food fields of study and services, (cook, waiter, hairdresser, confectioner and medical fields of study;
Výběr střední školy - častěji školy ukončené výučním listem než maturitou 2007
chlapci- technické obory (zejména obor automechanik) a obory potravinářské a služby.
dívky - obory potravinářské a služby (kuchař-
číšník, kadeřnice, cukrářka) a obory střední
zdravotnické školy.
What influenced students within choosing the high school
to achieve the education they want (67 %),
„it is the school I really make it“ (31 %),
„they admit students without entrance exams” (26 %),
most of the schools take into account students with specific learning difficulties.
dosáhnou vzdělání, které si přejí mít (67 %),
„ je to škola, kterou určitě zvládnu“ (31 %),
„ na školu přijímají uchazeče bez přijímacích zkoušek” (26 %),
většina vybraných středních škol při přijímacích zkouškách zohledňuje žáky s diagnostikovanými SPU.
