Important Information - Deadlines & Conditions

Deadlines: All complete artwork supplied by members must be with Simply MarComms Ltd by the relevant deadline. Failure to comply with these dates may result in your booked advertisement being omitted from the the journal with no refund of costs.

Conditions of booking: (1) Bookings will only be accepted with a completed and signed booking form. (2) Telephone bookings will be cancelled if written confirmation is not received within 24 hours of booking being taken. (3) Cancellation 14 days or fewer prior to the artwork deadline, 50% of cost applies. For cancellations 7 days or less 100% of cost applies. All cancellations must be in writing and either faxed or mailed to Simply MarComms Ltd. (4) The company shall not be liable to the Client or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Company's obligations in relation to the Services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control.
