About the Poornima University
Poornima University located in Jaipur, Rajasthan was
established in the year 2012 under section 22 of the
UGC Act 1956. It is fully devoted to undergraduate and
Post Graduate teaching in Engineering, Management,
Basic Sciences, Architecture with large thrust on
research. The state of the art research facilities and
modern amenities like well stocked libraries along with
project centers create a conducive environment for
teaching learning process.
Poornima University is committed to bring about
perceptible change in society with its innovative and
equitable practices and systems. The University aims
to achieve world class excellence in imparting
knowledge, research and teaching, making invaluable
contributions to the social, educational and economic
development of the nation.
About SOC & SOM
The quest of knowledge along with the practical
exposure of the corporate world, are the two guiding
principles of the School of Management & the School
of Commerce at Poornima University. We aim to equip
our students with the latest skills and competencies
that enable them to excel in the corporate eld out in
the real world. Churning out highly skilled and
technically sound professionals ready for employment
in the eld of commerce is the utmost priority of the
School of Commerce at Poornima University.
Providing 360 degree knowledge to the commerce
graduates, not only in the eld of accountancy, but
general papers also, we aim to prepare them for each
and every opportunity that is available to them.
The School of Management runs a two year MBA
program with Marketing, Banking, Finance and HR
specializations and a three year under-graduate BBA
course, with immense exposure towards academics,
projects, internships, assignments and dissertations
etc. The School of Commerce runs a three year, under-
graduate B Com program with an option of Honors
specialization.
Resource Persons
Mr. Priyesh Tiwari has completed his Masters in Business
Administration with Marketing and International Business as
specializations from BIIB, Pune. He has got around 10 years of
work experience under his belt, spread over corporate and
academic responsibilities at organizations like The Times of
India, Radio City, Sakaal, Poddar College to name a few. An avid
reader, his interest areas are entrepreneurship development and
strategic management.
Ms. Shraddha Sahay has completed her Masters in Business
Administration with Human Resource Management and
Marketing Management as Specialization from Mody Institute
Lakhsmangarh.She has above 6 years of experience in
academics and has worked with institutes like Shastri Institute of
Learning and Keystone group of Institution. She is an active
member of AMES, New South Wales Government. She has
interest area on production and operation management field.
Ms. Surbhi Mathur is an MBA from ICFAI University with
Marketing & Finance as specialization. She is pursuing Ph.D in
Consumer Behaviour & cleared UGC-NET. She has significant
contribution in terms of publications and various seminars as
well conferences. Overall she has wonderful 5.5 years of
journey with a blend of industry and academics. She worked
with Infosys Ltd, NIIT, NIS Academy, Biyani Group of colleges in
her career progression. She had an overseas experience of
(Initial onsite training) in Cincinnati, USA for transition of
Accounts payable process. To achieve a benchmark in her
domain is her passion of life.
Objectives of the FDP
This FDP is being organized with the objective of equipping its
participants with the basic understanding of the concept and
components of multiple intelligence that exist within every
human being. This FDP aims to foster a self awareness among
its participants about their own intelligence composition, a
mechanism to develop it in a holistic manner and utilize it to
make their teaching more effective.
