High quality German manufacturing standard

New state-of-the-art production facilities specified and designed for Honle with optimised production capabilities set new standards in UV lamp technology and quality.

Built-in filters

Optional quartz filters are available to filter out short-wave UVC irradiation and reduce or eliminate the production of ozone.

Power and arc length

Our standard lamps can be supplied in arc lengths from 50 mm to 3,000 mm and in outputs up to 60 kW. All lamps and UV curing systems can be tested at 50/60 Hz to suit the available power requirements.

Simple waste disposal

We have facilities in place to dispose used lamps safely and efficiently. Used lamps should be adequately packaged and returned to Honle for disposal.

Our own UV lamp manufacturing operation enables us to go into the requirements of our customers. Development of our own lamps in combination with our UV curing systems offers significant new opportunities in technology that benefit you.

Different lamp spectra

Honle UV lamps offer outstanding power yield and long lamp life. Standard or customized spectra are available for new applications and for optimization of the existing process according to the requirements of inks, coatings and adhesives formulators.
