You can cook any that remains in a nonstick skillet coated with spray for about 1 minute for a quick scrambled egg snack. Add yogurt; gently stir until dough forms. Knead in bowl for 1 to 2 minutes until dry ingredients are well incorporated. 5. Form dough into a ball. Cut into six equal pieces. Roll one piece into a rope about 6 to 8 inches long; pinch ends together to form a bagel shape. Place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining pieces. 6. Add egg and water to a small mixing bowl; whisk to combine. Brush tops of bagels with egg mixture; sprinkle evenly with Salt-Free Everything Bagel Seasoning Blend. 7 . Bake for 15 minutes; transfer to cooling rack. Let cool slightly before serving. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or frozen for up to 2 months.
