This month we welcome spring throughout all our eight Exploria Resorts managed locations. In Florida, families are escaping the remaining cold temperatures up north and out west and enjoying much needed warmth and relaxation from a bitter winter with vacation getaways to Summer Bay Orlando, Grand Seas, Daytona Beach, and New Smyrna Waves, New Smyrna Beach. In Tennessee, much anticipated springtime flowers are popping up and dotting the landscape with colorful patches of red tulips, yellow and white daffodils, and purple crocuses. And further west in Missouri, temperatures are beginning to rise and golf courses are being groomed for the return of a spring golf season. Where will you be vacationing this spring? And have you begun to think ahead to your summer vacation? It’s hard to believe but summer will be upon us in a few short months. Since the introduction of VACATIONmode in early 2014, our Exploria Resorts family of owners has grown to well over 65,000. This is due in large part to the owners welcomed from New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach, and our newest Club Exploria Members. One of the many benefits of ownership with Exploria Resorts is the new Exploria Extras Owner Rewards & Referral program which offers all owners exciting and simple ways to share the Exploria Resorts experience with family and friends. By doing so, Owners can earn rewards, - Extras - for their referrals. We are proud to introduce this new program and I invite you to learn more about it on the pages that follow. Spring is in full bloom and summer is quickly approaching. As you plan for your upcoming vacations, we want to keep you informed on what’s going on at your Exploria Resorts home locations.

Security cameras and lighting for all parking lots have been updated
All fire extinguishers have been updated
Safety
Restaurant and Tiki Bar are under complete remodel. These two amenities are currently closed for renovation.
Mini golf course is being prepared for a total refurbishment over the next month.
AmenitiesMulch and flowers have been refreshed.
All palm trees have been trimmed and regular landscape maintenance continues.
Landscaping will be further addressed after the painting and other capital improvements are completed.
LandscapingBuildings at the front of the property have been painted and the halls of the main building are next on the schedule. Most of the 5th floor and all of the 6th have been completed.
Preparing for the replacement of the north elevator to occur. The other two elevators will follow thereafter.
Roofs of the common area buildings are currently under renovation.
