Recognised since 1978, this certification body has been accredited since 1996 by the French Accreditation Committee (COFRAC) to certify the skills of non-destructive testing technicians. Our technicians are COFREND II LT certified (leak testing) and COFREND II PT certified (dye penetrant testing). We offer services covering the complete process • design studies (vacuum, reset to atmospheric pressure, nitrogen buttering), • prefabrication of stainless steel or aluminium alloy networks, • assembly, • instrumentation & control management of the functions, turbo-molecular pumps or cryogenic pumps, sensors and valves, • commissioning, • maintenance/operation. Leak tests (Cofrend II*) according to different procedures (global helium, spray, pressure variations, etc.). • Helium leak testing according to standard NF EN 13185 to detect leaks up to a rate of 10 -13 Pa.m3/s (10 -12 mbar.l/s), • leak testing according to ISO standard 10648-2 for nuclear HVAC glove boxes and duct networks, • leak testing according to Eurovent standard for class B, C and D HVAC duct networks. • dye penetrant inspection of welds.
