& completed an intricate portfolio assignment within a critically tight time frame.Deutsche Bank

Bank Loan Pool Due Diligence – US$9.65billionThis assignment was managed from a central point in New York by coordinating a secure transfer of documents on the client’s behalf, monitoring both internal and external issues and delivering 100% of our final report on time. We worked directly with the client and their underwriters to discuss local markets, tenant related issues and convey specific insights which allowed the client to complete their due diligence and place a bid with full confidence in their decision.

U.S. State DepartmentUnder contract to the US State Department’s Bureau of Overseas Building Operations (OBO), we provide a wide-range of valuation and advisory services globally.

Utilising our global platform we cover major, emerging and frontier markets internationally. Our services include appraisals of embassies and diplomatic housing as well as market studies for the acquisition of developable land and feasibility analysis for new construction and the renovation of older structures.

Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO)On behalf of Foreign & Commonwealth Office (British Government) portfolio instructions have been secured and successfully completed across all global regions by our Government Services team. The portfolios involved consular offices, residential dwellings and compounds and development assets including a number of landmark properties in prime locations. The central professional coordination of this assignment from London was pivotal in the successful delivery of the valuation.

Global Residential / Compound PortfolioA portfolio of over 100 properties comprising compounds and existing buildings, offices, residential and other commercial uses was recently valued for accounting purposes. The properties were located in EMEA, Asia and South America, including many remote locations. This complex assignment was centrally coordinated from London through the relevant regional teams to deliver a quality report within the deadline.

Government Property Estate – Global PortfolioThe Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the New Zealand Government instructed a global portfolio valuation of 90 properties in 28 countries. The portfolio included consulate buildings, office, residential and specialist properties, many with historical significance. In a short timeframe and within strict guidelines this assignment was coordinated by our Auckland office and delivered on time to the client in accordance with the instructions.

Siemens / OsramSiemens and Osram have instructed the valuation of assets within their worldwide portfolio under a central global framework agreement. Coordinated by our team in Munich the various regions have provided rental and capital valuations on the portfolio. The advice is provided based on an agreed global template and fee scale within designated timeframes.

Goodman Industrial PortfolioA coordinated global approach to Goodman has resulted in securing business within Asia Pacific, UK / EMEA and the Americas, all regions where Goodman are located. These assignments included single assets and portfolios for acquisition and financial reporting purposes. Colliers International also introduced Birtcher Developments to Goodman which resulted in the formation of the US joint venture, Goodman Birtcher.

Frasers Hospitality TrustA significant portfolio of accommodation hotel properties in the UK, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia were assessed for inclusion in a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for a Singapore stock exchange listing on behalf of Frasers Hospitality Trust. The assignment was centrally coordinated by our Singapore team utilising the relevant local hotel experts.
