Diversity is an opportunity to create dynamic and successful organisations of the future, which better reflect the society we live in. There is a compelling and irrefutable business case for diversity but even more fundamen-tally, valuing diversity ensures there are equal opportunities for all enabling everyone to thrive.

• Celebrating and scaling what works – including interventions that are not obviously linked to diversity.
