This workshop helps you to maximize the efficiency of your leadership style. It includes a 180-degree feedback tool to help you understand your leadership from the point of view of those you are leading and explores multiple leadership styles, a leadership simulation, and action planning. Each participant receives a personalized report of their own individual leadership style.
