When Redeeming a PromoMail gift card :1. The PromoMail card is swiped through the merchant’s terminal

just as they would a Valutec gift card and the transaction is forwarded to the Valutec host

2. All information communicated via POS system or terminal will act as if that card is a gift card, the only difference will be when the merchant pulls a report from the Valutec database it will indicate that the card is a promotional card instead of a gift card.

PromoMail OrdersPromoMail Orders PromoMail order form must be completed

for every order

Indicate the total quantity of mailers sold and the cost

Note any additional information that may be helpful when creating their mail piece

Both the mailer and card design must be approved before they can be sent to print

After proof approvals, the mailers will take 2-3 weeks to create and mail out

Merchants may request that they be added to the mailing list so that they can receive a physical mailer
