Machine Sazi Arak(MSA) with 50 years of experience in modern industries, technology and technical/engineering services has always played a leading role in reinforcing the country's industrialcapabilities and developing, promotion andtransfer of modern technologies .MSA enjoying modern machineries, advanced production lines and experienced engineering staff, various forging, casting and machining equipment/ machineriesassembly and test shops produces different types of valves used in power plant industries, oil & gas, refinery & petrochemical as per the latestinternationally renowned standards. Advanced secondary steel making facilities such as VODC (vacuum oxygen decarburization convertor) are employed for producing the required raw material (carbon steel, low/high alloy steel and stainless steel).

Preheater bypass system COV/QCV

To improve the efficiency of a steam vessel system, feed-water, flowing from the feed- water tank to the vessel, is heated by a preheater.

The preheater is a heat exchanger with tubes containing feed-water. From the outside, the tubes receive steam drawn-off from the turbine.

Minimum Flow valve

ApplicationIn feedwater pump operation fixed minimum flow must be obtained. Valve capacity below this fixed minimum flow causes superheating of the feed water; consequently formation of steam may result incavitation damage.If the boiler feed is lower than the minimum flow, the differential flow must be discharged through bypass-line which is accomplished by the minimum flow valve.

In order to design and production of special valves of power plants tailored to the needs of our country, a Tripartite Agreement has been signed whichaccording to this contract, design and supplying the main internal parts by GS/ Germany andproduction by MSA in Iran and marketing by TGN will be done.
