    Meaning and Specialty of Varada mudraVarada mudra is a gesture of granting wishes or mercy. Varada mudra is a gesture which isdepicted in the pictures of Hindu Gods and deities. As the name indicates, this is a mode offorgiveness and mercy. Also the believer wishes that the God will bless them fate and fulfill theirwishes.

    How to form Varada mudra?1) Direct the left hand downward and turn the palm to the front.

    2) Now Place the right hand on your lap or thigh.

    Significance of Varada MudraForgiveness also means being able to forgive yourself. As we all know, to forgive you and others iscertainly the most difficult thing.     Visualization is an effective tool for forgiveness:Imagine that you have an object in front of you that belongs to the person who is involved withyour need for forgiveness.
