To permit a minimum interior side yard setback of 0.69 metres to an A/C unit. 4. To permit a maximum driveway width of 9.63metres. 6. T9 permit a minimum rear yard setbask of 1.6 metres to the pool equipment. 6. T9 permit an Emergensy Generator losated as per the attashed sketGh. 1. A maximum lot coverage of 20% is permitted. 2.
