Vertical automatic spinner VBA 200The machine is for production of pulleys with splitting and folding processes.

The main characteristics of the ma-chine are high productivity and flexi-bility which makes it easy to operate the machine. The standard spinner machine has two working units which can be built with CNC-controller.

In addition, it is possible to add a loading- and unloading unit to this machine.

The sp inner can be used to manufacture a variety of sizes of pulleys for all applications such as agricultural and industrial usage, both in split and folded designs.

VBA 200 offers the following ad-vantages:

- short cycle time

- very low radial and lateral runs out

- high productivity and flexibility by simple operation and easy access to the machine

Vertikaler Bearbeitungs- automat VBA 200Die Maschine ist zur Herstellung von Riemenscheiben im Spalt- und Faltverfahren konzipiert.

Die Maschine zeichnet sich durch hohe Produktivität und Flexibilität aus und ist dabei leicht zubedienen. In der Standardausführung verfügt die Maschine über zwei Bearbeitungs-einheiten, welche auf Kundenwunsch mit einer CNC-Steuerung ausgerü-stet werden können.

Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit zum Anbau einer Be- und Entlade-vorrichtung.

Mit der Maschine können, aufgrund des großzügig dimensionierten Arbeitsbereiches, Riemenscheiben für alle Anwendungsgebiete, z.B.

Motorenbau und Landmaschinen-technik, im Spalt- und Faltverfahren hergestellt werden.
