POTENTIAL VCS PILOT:
IVE “Smart and Sustainable Offices” CERTIFICATION
Designing and evaluating office spaces in buildings that are being used, in which a partial intervention will be performed in order to obtain sustainable and higher-quality spaces, to provide comfort to the users and help them to improve productivity.
The main OBJECTIVES are:• to consider people in the design of spaces, giving them priority• to increase employee’s safety, well-being and efficiency• to evaluate the design according to users’ preferences• to facilitate the evolution of technology and the new forms of work• to guide the design of spaces and people’s behavior towards the
environmental protection and in particular towards energy efficiency.
