Vedic Yagya Centre also offers programs

consisting of Daily Yagyas for individuals,

families, or businesses that is in addition to

the specific Yagyas available that are based

on individual recommendations,. These

Yagyas are for health, family harmony, wealth

and prosperity, spiritual development, to

appease all nine planets, and to allow more

divine energy to be present in one's life. These can be done

individually or in a group.

Should you choose to participate in the Daily Welfare Yagyas

Program, each of the following Yagyas will be performed on your

behalf daily: Ganapati Tarpanam, Lakshmi Ganapati Japa,

Rudrabhishek, Chandi Paranayana, Navagraha japa,

Mruthyunjaya japa, Sri Sukta, Purusha Sukta, Manyu Sukta and

Durga Sukta Parayana. Four Homas are also performed during the

month: Navagraha Homa, Ganapati Homa, Chandi Homa and

Mruthyunjaya Homa.

For businesses participating in the Daily Yagya Program, the

following Yagyas are performed in addition to those listed above:

Lakshmi Moolamantra japa, Vanigindra Sukta Parayana, Lakshmi

Homa and Panya Homa. These Yagyas are to promote harmony

between employees, protection from competition, creating

success and improving sales.

Vedic Yagya Centre also provides astrological consultations for

individuals and businesses; Vaastu consultations and designs for

temples, homes, and businesses are available, as well. Proper

Vaastu harmonizes the positive flow of energy in buildings.

We offer birthday Yagyas for longevity, good health and wealth

through the year, and also consultations and wedding ceremonies

for those seeking to marry an ideal and suitable life partner.

providing Yagnya services, VYC also supports a charitable

organization in India that is actively involved in feeding the poor

and running a Vedic School to train pundits.

Vedic Yagya Center was founded by Pundit Sharma

Samavedula, a 6th generation Samaveda Pundit. In 1990, after

twelve years of study, he received his degree in Vedic Studies.

Pundit ji was a professor of Samaveda at Maharishi Veda Vignan

Vishwa Vidya Peeth (Maharishi Vedic University in India) and then

was a resident priest at the Vishnu Mandir in Toronto. From there

he became head priest at the Hindu Temple in Montreal, Quebec

and then head priest at the Austin Hindu Temple.

In 2000, Pundit Samavedula founded Vedic Yagya Center

which now operates from facilities near Vijayawada India, close

to the holy Krishna River and Divine Mother Kanaka Durga Temple,

and from Fairfield, Iowa. Punditji also travels to various countries

performances have come down to

us from time immemorial.

As spiritual beings living the human experience, we can

choose to rely exclusively on our worldly resources, or we can

petition the aid of our allies in the divine realms. By contacting

the celestial field of life during the Yagya, the Vedic Priest appeals

to this Divine energy and asks for grace and intervention on behalf

of the person requesting the Yagya. With the support of the

Divine, one is able to more easily achieve improved health,

greater wealth, and spiritual enlightenment.

The response from the Divine is mysterious by its very nature,

but it is not magical. Results are sometimes dramatic, as seen in

people who suffer from terrible diseases. However, the Yagya itself

does not take away the disease—it helps to clear away karmic

obstacles so that the doctor's treatments can be effective. Thus, we

don't claim that we can change every condition; we do what we can

so that the infusion of Divine help can make life smoother and more

positive. The Vedic rituals are like insurance policies for the

individual, the family, businesses and the world.

The purpose of a Yagya is to

create life-supporting effects

and to help amend any

unwanted tendencies or

p r e v e n t t h e m f r o m

manifesting in undesirable

way. Yagyas help to eliminate

or reduce negativity in life while bringing additional support for

maximum success and fulfillment. By counteracting negative

karma from our past actions, the Yagyas help to create positive

karma for the future.

Yagyas provide remedies to help resolve problems in various

spheres of life. They are designed to solve specific health,

financial, or relationship problems, to balance a difficult

astrological (jyotisha) period, or to encourage a beneficial event

to occur. They are also employed for protection, to gain support

for the fulfillment of a specific personal or business related

desire, or to enhance evolution and spiritual growth towards

enlightenment.

Navavarana Pujas, Maha Vidya Homas, Surya Upasana, and Maha

Chandi Yagyas. For large Yagyas, the Centre contracts with other

pundits in India, and has organized big Yagyas and events with as

many as 100 to 150 pundits. All pundits working through the

Center begin their day with meditation, followed by performance

of the Rudrabhishek, and then go to their other duties. Some

Pundits specialize in health, some in business, etc., so the Center

organizes groups according to their specialties.

Human beings can experience all glories, both worldly

and divine; nevertheless, human life is full of challenges and

obstacles. Health, wealth, and family are all vulnerable to

misfortune and fate due to the influence of the planets in one's

life.

Vedic Yagya Center provides traditional solutions for the

problems confronting human life. We offer pujas and Yagyas

(sacred ceremonies), homams (ancient fire ceremonies), and

mantra japam (meditative repetition of a mantra) as prescribed

in the Vedas and Shastras, the holy scriptures of Hinduism. By

utilizing the sound vibrations of specific Sanskrit mantras, our

authentic and effective Yagyas, as prescribed by these holy texts,

can help alleviate many problems of our modern times.
