EVENT FORMATTEAM •Teams of 5 Players (1 Pro and 4 Ams) Count the Best two points total on each hole. *with the exception of the daily twists of certain holes counting 3-5 scores. •There is no individual Amateur Pot as players are required to pick up after it is apparent their score will not count. •All Handicaps will receive a 15% Team reduction of handicap (i.e. If all the Amateurs handicaps on Team A add up to 60 then they would reduce their points score by 9 and Team B adds up to 40 then they would reduce their points total by 6). •We will have some overall payouts but the daily pots will spread the pot and you will play against the teams you are playing with daily. The pot will be split roughly 25% for each of the three days and 25% for the three day combined total. Those playing Sunday will have contributed an additional daily pot of funds. PRO •Individual Pro Scoring with a maximum bogey point rule in effect. •The Pros have a separate pot but the Amateurs are all playing for a Team Purse. All scoring will be using the Stableford Points system which allows the Players to be aggressive and not worried about ruining a good gross score round. In other words,convince your players to go for everything! When you are out of the hole you must pick up. POINTS •5 Double Eagle •4 Eagle •3 Birdie •2 Par •1 Bogey DAILY TWISTS •Cascata & Southern Highlands – Best 2 on all holes except #9 & #18 where all 5 Scores count. •TPC, LVCC, & Anthem – Best 2 on Par 4’s and Best 3 on Par 3’s & Par 5’s. •Rio Secco, Bears Best & Dragon Ridge – Best 2 plus the Wild Card picks which a player gets drawn to a hole on the front and back and their points count on that hole plus 2 others.

FAQSF R E Q U E N T L Y A S K E D Q U E S T I O N S Q. How do we get to the golf course each day? A. Buses on Sunday – Wednesday will arrive at 8:15am and depart by 8:30am. When you finish your round the buses will be ready to pick you up. Tee Off is a shotgun-10am Daily. Q. How do we get to and from the Airport? A. Because we are all arriving at different times, you are on your own. Q. What are the Deuce Pots and Hole in One Pot all about? A. Everyone puts in $20 ($25 if you are playing Sunday) and we have a Daily Cash Deuce Pot (paid the next morning) and a Hole in One drink fund. Q. Can our team get extra rooms? A. The price for extra rooms are (including all taxes): Friday or Saturday- $140 USD per room per night. Sunday-Thursday (Four nights)- $350 USD per room. You must reserve by September 1 to confirm availability. Q. How do we check in? A. Same as you would any other hotel (with credit card for any additional charges). Rooming list will be provided to hotel and they will have you entered into the system about a week prior to the event. Q. How do we pay? A. Either through the website or in the form of a cheque to your golf professional. We have added Credit Card payments via the website but there is a $40 charge to offset credit card transactions. If you are paying by cheque please submit to pro so they can forward the entire team’s payment in one envelope. Important notes about registration •Cost of the Tournament is $1250 USD which includes Three Rounds of Golf, Four nights of Shared accommodation at Paris, Bus transfers to and from the courses each day, Prize money and all taxes. •An optional one day event will be available on Sunday, November 22 for participants at a cost of $180 USD. This will include your round of golf, bus transportation and prize pot for the day. •Payments are all payable to your host professional. •If your team requires additional rooms, Paris has given us a special rate of $350 USD for additional rooms for the four nights of the tournament (Sunday-Thursday). Additional rooms must be requested and paid for prior to September 1, 2015. •For those arriving Saturday Night, rooms are available for $140 USD per room (taxes inc.) and are limited to the first 120 requests and to be prepaid by September 1, 2015. •All flights to and from Las Vegas are to be arranged by each individual.
