WARRANTY AW warrants materials and processes conducted during armouring to be free from defect for a period of 12 months or 50,000 km, whichever occurs first. Due to extensive customisation of vehicles, the general OEM warranty no longer applies. UW offers a 12 months warranty or 20,000km whichever comes sooner, owner’s abuse excluded. For locations other than Kabul or Baghdad , parts only warranty will be provided. Warranty covers repair only to non friction parts and under circumstance of normal usage. Warranty void if vehicle is not serviced at 1000, 2500, 5000 km and every 5000km at a recognised service centre (Recommended service intervals in Iraq – every 2500 km). Other conditions apply. Fuel quality related issues are excluded from warranty. We strongly recommend installation of oil and diesel cleaning system to minimise fuel related problems.

It must be noted that bolts, fasteners and hinges should be checked, tightened or oiled as appropriate with each service. Suspension components such as springs and shocks need to be changed more frequently than with the original version vehicles due to the additional load. Suspension warranty is for the first 2000 km. Damage resulting from low quality fuel – excluded. Once the vehicle has passed inspection and been signed off all replacement glass is for the customer account. In some cases, handling characteristics of the vehicle may require special attention with regard to driver training. It is a condition of the warranty that all necessary repairs are carried out by an authorised workshop. Recommended servicing agents:

INDEMNITY By accepting any quote the client hereby indemnifies the supplier from all and any claims whatsoever arising with regard to loss or injury to person or property as a result of services provided or work done by the supplier, their employees (including Directors) or Sub contractors. Furthermore, the client hereby indemnifies the supplier for any Ballistic Penetration resulting in consequential damage to property, injury, or death, due to higher calibre weapons or non-‐standard hand loaded cartridges being used in attacks, or penetrations through areas the client at his own discretion chooses not to protect. Although every care will be taken to armour all the above sections completely, there will be possible gaps due to the vehicle construction.

VEHICLE ARMOURED CAPSULE Fully welded monocoque armour capsule provides all round protection. Overall interior ballistic steel structure constructed from large sections of ballistic material provides overlap and reinforcement for impact areas such as doors and glass and reinforces the integrity of the vehicle structure. ENHANCED BLAST PROTECTION (EBP) DESIGN -‐ full overlap, single plate door and component design is strongly recommended in areas with IED type threats. ENHANCED FLOOR PROTECTION (EFP) DESIGN -‐ exceeding existing requirements for standard B6 protection. Armouring in the form of a skid plate and belly pan, with a space between the plate and car body significantly enhances IED protection and survivability. ROOF PROTECTION -‐ Ballistic protected to direct hit or angle of incidence depending on customer requirements.

ENGINE BAY FIRE WALL – fully armoured and optimized design for blast integrity FENDERS – direct hit side protection of engine area PROTECTED A/C DUCTS – direct hit ballistic protection ARMORED BATTERIES COVER – direct hit ballistic protection BRAKE BOOSTERS – direct hit ballistic protection RADIATOR PROTECTION – direct hit ballistic protection (optional) FUEL TANKS -‐ Direct hit or angle of incidence protection for main and auxiliary tank. REINFORCED BUMPERS -‐ Placed behind original bumper (concealed) to allow emergency escape ramming.

DOORS UNIFORM ARMOUR PLATE – reinforced and integrated into doors for maximum ballistic integrity and structural blast resistance. FULL OVERLAP ARMOUR – around all door apertures with splash guards to prevent penetrations into the cabin from direct and angled strikes or ricochet. Design enhances blast protection. HEAVY DUTY HINGES – attached directly to ballistic steel not the vehicle body. Design allows full serviceability and adjustments of the door system. PILLAR REINFORCEMENT – allowing the weight of doors to be transmitted onto the reinforced ballistic steel posts to preserve alignment and ensure function after blast damage.

SUSPENSIONS, WHEELS & TYRES SPRINGS – heavy duty design to cope with additional weight and provide desirable vehicle dynamics. SHOCK ABSORBERS – heavy duty with high performance valve system and upgraded bushes.

SWAY BAR – reinforced for optimum handling during quick manoeuvring. RUN-‐FLATS – in all tyres including spare meeting NATO requirements of 50km capability at an average speed of 50km/h. ARMOURING CONFIGURATION B6 EN1063

VEHICLE ARMOURED CAPSULE Fully welded monocoque armour capsule provides all round protection. Overall interior ballistic steel structure constructed from large sections of ballistic material provides overlap and reinforcement for impact areas such as doors and glass and reinforces the integrity of the vehicle structure. ENHANCED BLAST PROTECTION (EBP) DESIGN -‐ full overlap, single plate door and component design is strongly recommended in areas with IED type threats. ENHANCED FLOOR PROTECTION (EFP) DESIGN -‐ exceeding existing requirements for standard B6 protection. Armouring in the form of a skid plate and belly pan, with a space between the plate and car body significantly enhances IED protection and survivability. ROOF PROTECTION -‐ Ballistic protected to direct hit or angle of incidence depending on customer requirements.

ENGINE BAY FIRE WALL – fully armoured and optimized design for blast integrity FENDERS – direct hit side protection of engine area PROTECTED A/C DUCTS – direct hit ballistic protection ARMORED BATTERIES COVER – direct hit ballistic protection BRAKE BOOSTERS – direct hit ballistic protection RADIATOR PROTECTION – direct hit ballistic protection (optional) FUEL TANKS -‐ Direct hit or angle of incidence protection for main and auxiliary tank. REINFORCED BUMPERS -‐ Placed behind original bumper (concealed) to allow emergency escape ramming.

DOORS UNIFORM ARMOUR PLATE – reinforced and integrated into doors for maximum ballistic integrity and structural blast resistance. FULL OVERLAP ARMOUR – around all door apertures with splash guards to prevent penetrations into the cabin from direct and angled strikes or ricochet. Design enhances blast protection. HEAVY DUTY HINGES – attached directly to ballistic steel not the vehicle body. Design allows full serviceability and adjustments of the door system. PILLAR REINFORCEMENT – allowing the weight of doors to be transmitted onto the reinforced ballistic steel posts to preserve alignment and ensure function after blast damage.

SUSPENSIONS, WHEELS & TYRES SPRINGS – heavy duty design to cope with additional weight and provide desirable vehicle dynamics. SHOCK ABSORBERS – heavy duty with high performance valve system and upgraded bushes. SWAY BAR – reinforced for optimum handling during quick manoeuvring. RUN-‐FLATS – in all tyres including spare meeting NATO requirements of 50km capability at an average speed of 50km/h. TYRES – high load index high performance (optional) RIMS – heavy duty steel rims (optional) BRAKE ROTORS – slotted high performance rotors (optional) BRAKE FLUID – higher boiling point
