VENDOR RATING

H L E Engineers Pvt Ltd / H L Equipments (hence forth termed as HLE) shall use vendor rating for assessing the performance of vendor in a fair, consistent and accurate manner.

The ratings shall be used to: -

1) Yearly assess and monitor vendor performance who meets HLE expectations with ongoing and future supply relationships.

2) To provide feedback to suppliers to highlight their strengths and weakness and as an effective continuous improvement tool.

The ratings shall be conveyed to major vendor every year.

The total vendor rating will consist of following sub ratings

1) Quality Acceptance – 50 % of total rating

2) On Time Delivery – 50 % of total rating
