WELCOME TO SATURN Alabama can truly be remarkable place for music. Some of our alumni include: Hank Williams Sr., Sun Ra, Sam Phillips, Sonny James, The Louvin Bros., Wilson Pickett, Emmylou Harris and of course, Mr. Lionel Richie himself. We hope you have a wonderful experience while in our magic city.

Load In:
Load-in is located on 2nd Ave S. off of 41st. St. S. at the garage door entrance. This location provides direct access to the stage via ramps. Busses will need to make the block by taking 3rd Ave to 39th street, and turning up 2nd Ave S. The nose of the bus should be at 41st street. Shore power is located to the left of the garage door.
Hospitality:
Saturn is proud to serve Domestique Coffee. For hospitality we provide buyouts, light snacks in the form of chips & salsa, hummus & pita, waters and your choice of a case of beer or bottle. Additional rider requests are subject to the show’s budget. We will be happy to shop any other necessities at the expense of the tour.

THE GREEN ROOM Thank you for playing Saturn! We are so happy to be able to provide such lush backstage accommodations for artists and their crews. Please take a moment to look over the following rules that we’ve set in place in order to maintain the integrity of our green room and continue to provide five star service to all future artists for many years to come.
We allow bands to stay in the apartment overnight if they do not have other accommodations arranged. There is a $100 fee that pays for additional utilities, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and someone to clean up. The stay must be approved by the venue.
Amenities:
• 2,200 square foot band apartment space• 3 bathrooms (2 with full baths with showers and tubs)• 2 private green rooms /bedrooms• 4 enclosed bunks with full sized beds• 2 sets of traditional style bunks (8 beds in total)• Full kitchen facility• 2 common areas with sleeper sofas• Laundry facilities• Tour manager office/alcove• Pool table• Stereo and turntable with selection of LPs• 4 flat screen TVs with cable (movie and sports channels included)• Hard drive accessible through Apple TVs with thousands of movies • Wide selection of video games• High speed internet• Mini-library with wide selection of books• Huge private porch for outside dinning
Overnight band apartment accommodations:
• At Saturn, we’re happy to offer overnight accommodations for one band, for a touring party of up to 12 people for $100 a night paid at time of settlement. Please reserve at the time of advance and please note the first option to stay goes to the headliner.
• Checkout is the following day at 11am. • Coffee is available in our Satellite bar. Ask about our cold brew! • Cigarettes/Batteries/etc. Chevron and Sunoco are one block away on 41st St & 3rd

THE GREEN ROOM Overnight policies:
• While staying, do not allow any guests or strangers to stay with you. We strictly forbid this. Band and crew only!
• Once the venue and bar staff are gone, you will be locked in upstairs. You will have access to the upstairs patio. You will be able to exit out of the door to the street downstairs and it will lock behind you. If someone needs to get something out of the van or run an errand, you will need to use the buddy system and have someone let you back in. Under no circumstances are you to prop this door open. This is a major safety issue and compromises not only the venue but any of your gear you may be storing inside the venue.
• Check out is at 11am. This is strict so that we may get the space cleaned up and ready before the next band loads in.
• NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the building. All fire and plant combustion must take place on the patio upstairs.
• Please, do not steal anything.• Please pick up after yourself as best you can.

PLACES OF INTEREST Find It Here! Avondale is the neighborhood Saturn is in and all the locations listed in Avondale are within walking distance. Crestwood and Lakeview are both pretty easy bike rides or short car rides. Northside and 5 Points and all other neighborhoods are about 10 minutes or more away by car.
