Verbos con cambios en la raíz y Verbos con cambios ortográficos y verbos irregulares. Stem-changing verbs. - PowerPoint PPT Presentation
Citation preview
In the present indicative, the last vowel of the stem of certain verbs changes from e to ie, from o to ue, or from e to i when stressed. This change affects all singular forms and the third person plural form. The first and second person plural forms (nosotros and vosotros) are regular because the stress falls on the ending, not on the stem.
