I hereby request and authorized the officers of the Vero Beach Police Department to enforce Florida Trespassing Statutes, (F.S.) 810.08 and 810.09. Specifically, officers may act as my representative to direct any persons found on the property, without my express written consent, to leave the property or to issue trespass warnings on my behalf. I will assist in the prosecution of any persons arrested by the officers for trespassing on the property.
