Wynveen International

Wynveen International is a leading Dutch company, specialised in the design, manufacture and installation of complete mills for the animal feed industry.

With a knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic team, the company focuses on the development and construction of high-quality innovative equipment and installations for animal feed, aqua feed and pet food manufacture. In addition to turnkey projects, our core products are hammer mills, ribbon and paddle mixers, double-shaft paddle mixers, rotary sifters and coaters for liquids (vacuum and atmospheric). Approximately 80% of our products are exported.

In order to guarantee its high quality standards, Wynveen assembles and tests all its key equipment in-house.

Conventional Plants Wynveen International specializes in the design, manufacture, supply of machinery and installations for the grain processing and animal feed industry.

We focus on turnkey projects, in which complete installations are supplied tailor-made to meet the requirements of the customer. All Wynveen installations can be optimized to suit specific situations and requirements. Most of the equipment is manufactured in-house in order to have full control during the construction of the project.

We design solutions based on proven concepts and new ways of thinking with the aim of creating an innovative project design. In doing this we devote a great deal of attention to safety, hygiene and energy consumption.

Our history goes back to 1795. And from on we developed a large experience in building feedmills and machinery. Our installations, which are used every day worldwide, are proof of our skill and expertise in the production of feed mills.

Aqua Feed

Aquatic feeds have very high requirements in terms of both nutritional and physical characteristics of feed. These nutritional and physical feed requirements are driven by the life stage of a specific species under consideration. The challenge is to achieve all of these while having a negligible effect on the environment. Wynveen International keep these and other project specific issues in mind when desig-ning an aquatic feed processing plant. The choice of equipment, technologies, proces-ses, and equipment is therefore the key to success.

Compound Feed

Over the years, Wynveen International evolved to a company highly experienced in the design, manufacture and installation of equipment and plant servicing the compound feed manufacturing industry worldwide. We developed our own equipment into a very comprehensive range of high quality, efficient processing solutions, to build a complete compound feed plant from the intake up to complete electric control and automation. Wynveen’s feed milling solutions and installations address to functionality, engineering design and manufacturing craftsmanship. We also take into account how our solutions have indirectly impact on the cost of manufactured feed.

Oilseed Processing

Both chemical (solvent extraction) and mechanical (steam conditioning; expansion; extrusion; mechanical oil expelling) are used to process oilseed. chemical processing makes it possible to minimise the residual oil in the resulting oilseed meal. Mechanical processing maximises the efficiency of thermal treatment and the digestibility of protein, fat and fibre. Wynveen has a very long history of supplying processing solutions to the oilseed industry. We take great care in assessing project expectations first before specifying an appropriate processing technology.

Soybean Processing

Full fat soya is an important protein source to feed poultry, ruminants, pig, rabbit, fish and crustaceans. Because of new methods for growing soybeans the availability and utilization is improving. The improved circumstances for growing, storage and processing is causing a variation in the composition and nutritional values of the full fat soya. Wynveen International offers various methods for the processing of soybeans. The most effective soya processing method consists of a combination of heat treatment and crushing.

Premix & Concentrates

A very long history in the Industry gave Wynveen International the experience and expertise to supply tailor-made solutions for the complete spectrum of Premix & Concentrate applications. Our equipment for premix and concentrate plants meet and exceed international standards in terms of design, hygiene, safety and efficiency. Innovative design results in exceptional mixing accuracy and end product quality. State-of-the-art engineering layout and process control design leads to negligible cross contamination. Wynveen has an optimised premix and concentrate solution for any application from intake to packaging or bagging.
