Step A - Simulator Selection

Before selecting your Venue management sim centre solution first select any number of simulators from

the below commercial setups. You can mix and match any simulator from the following ranges and all

simulators can be connected to take part in the same race.

(You can also run your Sim Centre without a venue management system but this would require manual control of all sims.)

Vesaro complete Sim-Room hardware and software setup. Each simulator will be configured to accommodate multiplayer race staging. The control will be run from a single PC control station allowing full race management to create the most immersive and exciting race experience for your clients. In addition the Vesaro Sim-Room includes a display screen showing the race in progress from multiple camera angles. This enables those not in the driving seat to still enjoy the experience and get involved in the race atmosphere. -Application run by an administrator to manage multiplayer racing sessions using Iracing. -Open Qualifying Sessions -Multi-class supported Closed Qualifying -Multi-class supported Racing Sessions -Mixed Class racing support - Driving aids can be used in LAN room includes: -Automatic shifting -Auto clutch -Auto throttle blip - - A driving line may be used on the track to assist new drivers -Braking & throttle assistance can be used. - Results can be printed onto a printer after a race or qualifying session is completed. Recurring Fees 1 - Sim Room Management for Iracing Yearly Rental & License Fee, due at beginning of second year. £4995 2 - Individual Simulator License fees - £1250 per simulator. Optional - Additional Control PC & License allowing secondary group race(Multiplayer additional controls PC's can be configured to allow several separate races to happen at the same time, for example you may have a group of two people racing while another group of 8 race separately, or several smaller groups. A separate Control PC is required for each group) - £2500 Includes Hardware & 1 Year License(Then £750 Per Year Additional License Fee)

note - this only applies to Iracing and separate PC's are not required for the Rfactor Sim Room solution to handle multiple simultaneous races.

Event Trolley system

• Price £1500 Trollies designed to allow easy transportation of the Vesaro Simulator

from the Shipping crate to its final location. (Trolleys for Main Simulator

body only, Display Stands require separate trolleys or can be hand carried)

Vesaro Rig Lifter

• Price £299

Jacking system custom designed specifically for lifting Vesaro simulators.

This jack allows one person to load a Vesaro I Modular simulator onto our

separate Trolley system product, the rig can then be easily moved

between locations. Can also be used to lift one end of the rig at a time

enabling you to work on the simulator for self-build systems or if you are

doing an upgrade.

login assistance enabling our team of experts to remotely access your

simulator at anytime to help identify any issue.

Backup

All Vesaro simulators with a Vesaro PC include a full image

backup system allowing you to restore your PC to the day of

delivery giving you a quick and easy way to resolve any issue

when time is of the essence.

Optional On Site Setup & Training Your simulator will be fully assembled and

followed up by an on-site installation by our team of engineers to a location of

your choosing anywhere in the world. Our team will complete the on-site

installation of your simulator in your desired location handling complete

management of all cables to ensure a clean install. We will handle full

optimisation of all systems and follow this up with a fully training

program on how to operate and get the best from your simulator.
