Veterans Housing Complex Nabs SolarAccolade

Last month we were thrilled to announce that our solar installation at Liberty Village was a semifinalist for PV America's Solar Project of Distinction award. Well, the red carpet has been rolledout, the votes are in and the wait is over. We won!
The Liberty Village residential complex, developed by Concern for Independent Living, islocated on the grounds of the former North Amityville Armed Forces Reserve Center and currentlyhouses more than 60 veterans and their families. The goal of the solar installation project was toprovide renewable energy that would help keep housing affordable for these military heroes andtheir loved ones for years to come.
