Dear Parents and Families,
It’s hard to believe that Spring is here already! The 4th quarter will be upon us soon,
and I want to take a moment to review safety and security procedures with you, in
advance of our end-of-the-year celebrations:
Please make sure that your emergency cards are up-to-date and on file in the of-
fice. Any adult who picks up your child from school must be listed on the emergency card. Parents, you may
update pick-up information in either office, in person, any time you wish.
Please be ready to show your government issued photo identification when visiting your elementary child
during lunch. Also, we will only release students from school to parents with identification, or to individuals
listed on the emergency card with proper identification. Thank you for your continued cooperation as we
work to keep our students safe!
A friendly reminder that students who are dropped off before 7:25 am are not supervised. Supervision for
students begins at 7:25. For your child’s safety, please drop off your children at 7:25 or later. Thank you.
Ignite club will meet on Thursday,
March 15 in room 4-101 after school. Parents are welcome to attend.
Donations of individually wrapped snacks and cases of water will be greatly
appreciated
Ticket Price $10 per person For more ticket information please visit either the elementary or the middle
school front office
Attention Parents/Guardians

District has implemented a policy regard-
ing early sign-outs.

TY (30) MINUTES of the school day unless
the principal/designee determines it is an

lease after 1:40 pm without administrative
approval.
Thank you!
