VG Thanksgiving Feast Recommended Reheating Instructions Please keep all items refrigerated until ready to reheat. Veggie Grill recommends reheating all items in a conventional oven. Remove roast from wrapper and place on a rack in a roasting pan in the middle of the oven. Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Increase oven to 425°F. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes (oven temperature may vary) until the roast is golden brown, crispy and hot throughout. Remove from oven. When cooled enough to touch, slice and serve. Thanksgiving Porcini Gravy Transfer thanksgiving porcini gravy to a small saucepan. Heat on stove on medium low for approximately 10 minutes. Carefully watch the stove to ensure the gravy doesn’t boil over. Transfer to gravy boat or small bowl to serve. Cranberry Sauce Transfer to serving dish and serve at room temperature. Cornbread Stuffing, Green Bean Casserole, Mashed Yams, and Cauli-Mashed Potatoes Preheat oven to 350°F. Transfer each side dish into an oven-safe dish. Cover each side dish with tin foil. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and serve. *For the Green Bean Casserole, garnish with crispy onions before serving.
