Preeti began her journey with Asia’s premier Design school, the National Institute of Design (NID) in Ahmedabad. Specializing in Graphic Design and Visual Communication, she embarked on a dual career path, gliding through Advertising while powering Specialized Design projects.

Preeti is recognized as one of the 50 most influential women by Verve magazine, and ranked amongst the 50 most influential women in media, marketing and advertising by Impact Magazine. She is also ranked as one of the top creative minds by The Economic Times, and named as one of the 25 most powerful women in Indian business by Business Today, and ‘Creative Professional of the Year’ at the Indira Awards for Marketing Excellence. Preeti has been a columnist on Design for Bombay Times and Impact, and has recently curated and presented a show on Design called Designomics on Bloomberg UTV, interviewing Design savvy captains. of Industry.

Graduated from Art Center College of Design. Michel is a creative director, a manager and an educator. He specializes in the area of strategic product direction and branding, trends analysis and anthropology. He has a clear understanding of the dynamic between marketing and design and the resulting brand assimilation into culture.

His past experience: Creative Director/Mentor of VGC, ranked among the top four Indian Design agencies by The Economic Times, based in Mumbai and Bangalore, India; Creative director at Marware (in alliance with Apple); Creative director at PiperJaffray; and partner of Bergeron Hamel, Montreal/New York City/ Atlanta/Mexico City.

Ninee Rao


Ninee Rao is a Brand Planner & Retail Design Strategist with an overall experience of 8 years. An NID design graduate, she brings with her a diverse experience, first as creative director for Grey’s Retail division and then as Account Planner on their various Bangalore brands.

She has been involved with creation of brand positioning & strategy for brands across categories like Fortis Healthcare, Britannia, USL, Dell, 3M, ITC Kitchens of India, Pigeon Home Appliances etc. She also brings with her rich experience from work in the retail design segment where she was responsible for creating retail brand identities for Samsung, Pepsi & Suzlon, RL 1854, Roncato, Terminal [Salora] and ITC’s Cigarette & Cigar brands.

Among other things she has a keen interest in design movements and flair for critical design writing.
