Profile

Self motivated, organized, resourceful and innovative Architecture student - candidate for Master of Architecture

with adept skills as Project Designer / Production Specialist. Leader of production teams delivering DD, CD, Permit sets

and Architectural Visualization using Revit Architecture and other drafting tools. Enjoy researching and evaluating

design solutions, drafting and learning new design processes and technologies.

Capable of working with really difficult senior designers under pressure with time constrains to translate concept and

design ideas into computerized models using Building Information Modeling software. Having the basic idea modeled

will allow working with the senior designer to come up with different design options that can be shown to clients in

presentations. The solutions will be reflected into conceptual plans, elevations, sections, perspectives and renderings

during schematic and design development phases. Ability to coordinate with other disciplines while progressing the

design into construction documents.

Praised for applying strong personal management skills, collaboration and ability to learn quickly. Able to work in an

office environment or remotely. It is understood that face to face interaction may be difficult but working at distance

would not impact ability to meet any deadline.

Experience

March 2015 to July 2016

Project Architect, BIM Modeler and Designer at Fanning Howey (Contractor). Project Architect, BIM Modeler and Junior Designer for the Project: Friendship Recreation Center in Washington DC. This project is a result of program need for a growing community and increased park use by the local residents. Within the park there shall be a redesigned play area for small children with dedicated locations for adult supervision. For the older children there will be an open play area with play equipment and one full size basketball court. Two existing tennis courts will be relocated and a new splash/fountain area will be provided. The existing facility (approximately 1500 SF) will be demolished and a new replacement facility (approximately 4900 SF) will be placed on the site to maximize its appearance and relevance toward the existing ball fields and children’s play area. I have participated in the Schematic Design, Design Development and Production phases (ongoing). Exterior renderings were produced as part of the project.

During 2016, I was assigned as Project Architect for the Chicago’s Office. The scope of the projects were renovations in the Library Media Center of 5 different schools in District 109 (Deerfield, IL 60015).
