RING THE SALVATION ARMY BELLFor the past decade, the Victory congregation has rung the bell for the Salvation Army, raising over $20,000 per year for Lakeland area needs such as food, clothing, toys, and gifts. Please join us this year by signing up at the table in the lobby for a one or two hour time slot between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

GRIEF SEMINAR WITH DR. ALAN WOLFELTTUESDAY, DECEMBER 9 | 6 PM | VICTORY CHURCHEveryone has been touched by grief and loss, and you may know someone going through that recently. This compassionate program will be helpful to anyone who is experiencing grief. If you know anyone who may benefit from this opportunity to embrace hope and healing, please let them know about this

seminar. Dr. Alan Wolfelt is a noted author, educator, grief counselor, and Director of the Center for Loss and Life Transition. This seminar is offered free by Gentry-Morrison. Registration is requested by calling Gentry-Morrison, 863-688-7679.

VCA CHRISTMAS PROGRAMTHURSDAY, DECEMBER 11 | 6 PM | VICTORY CHURCHYou are invited to join Victory Christian Academy as we celebrate our Savior’s birth. This musical celebration features Preschool students and ballerinas, the VCA Drumline, and the Elementary Choir’s presentation of The Christmas Cross. Join us for an evening of singing familiar carols, hearing new melodies, and watching a drama that will warm your heart. VCA looks forward to celebrating with you in the Sanctuary.

KIDS CLUB CHRISTMAS It’s Christmas time for the children to whom we minister in the community through KIDS CLUB. This year, we are giving the children black, long sleeve KIDS CLUB t-shirts. The cost of the shirt is $8 and we need your help to make this happen. Next Sunday, December 7, we will be receiving a special offering to cover the cost. Please help us make this a very special

Christmas for our children.

POINSETTIAS SALESUNDAY, DEC. 7, & WEDNESDAY, DEC. 10The Girl’s Ministries of Victory Church will be selling beautiful poinsettias. You may purchase your plant in the breezeway or in front of the main lobby entrance. Plants are provided by Sunshine Growers for $5 each.

CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS MUSICALSUNDAY, DEC. 14 | 6 PMOur children will take the stage and share very special Christmas music, with Jubilate’ (our 1st-5th graders) concluding the evening with the musical, “An Out-of-the-Box Christmas”. This will be a night to remember!
