WELD COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

AND HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD

VIDEO AND AUDIO ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

1. To view the website for Regular Board of County Commissioners Meetings, please navigate to: https://www.weldgov.com/departments/commissioners/public_meetings/commissioner_agendas_and_minutes.

To view the website for Housing Authority Meetings, please navigate to:

Please Note: the live streaming service is not supported by Internet Explorer.

2. Live Events: Weld County Board of Commissioners Meetings and Housing Authority Board Meetings are live streamed and are also available on-demand within three (3) working days following the meeting. Upcoming live streamed meetings are accessible under ‘Current and Upcoming Events’.

a. The word ‘LIVE’ will be displayed to the left of the description of the meeting. To view the video and Agenda, select ‘County Commissioner Regular Meeting’ or ‘Housing Authority Meeting’, which are both in blue font.



b. While the word ‘LIVE’ might be displayed prior to 9:00 a.m., the video is not viewable until the Board Meeting commences at 9:00 a.m. If the Board Meeting is not yet ‘LIVE’, the page will be displayed as below:

c. When the Board Meeting is ‘LIVE’ at 9:00 a.m., allow the video viewer screen to load for 30-60 seconds. Once the screen loads and buffers, click the play button for the live streamed video to commence.



d. If the Board Meeting is no longer ‘LIVE’, it will be available on-demand within three (3) working days of the meeting. Allow the video viewer screen to load for 30-60 seconds. Once the screen loads and buffers, click the play button for the on-demand video to commence.

e. Event Bookmarks: selecting a bookmark title fast-forwards the video to the portion of the Agenda and Board Meeting that you wish to view. For example, if you select the bookmark titled ‘Minutes’, the video will be fast-forwarded to the ‘Minutes’ section of the Agenda and Board Meeting.



f. To view Agenda and Minutes documents, click on ‘Download’ and select the item you wish to view. Please note: Minutes are uploaded at a later date after staff processing.

3. Most Recent Events: Recent Weld County Board of Commissioners Meetings and

Housing Authority Board Meetings are listed in this section by date for a one (1) month period. To view the video and Agenda, select ‘County Commissioner Regular Meeting’ or ‘Housing Authority Meeting’, which are both in blue font. You can also view Agenda and Minutes documents by selecting ‘Download’ and the item you wish to view. Please note: Minutes are uploaded at a later date after staff processing.



4. To search for a meeting not already displayed, enter keywords, phrases, or dates of interest in the ‘Search’ field.

a. Please Note: the video recording system was not adopted by the Weld County Board of Commissioners and Housing Authority Board until September 30, 2019. Video recordings prior to this date do not exist. Past Agendas and Minutes from 2018 and 2019 can be viewed on the right-hand side of the screen. Agendas, Minutes, or documents on the Commissioner’s Agenda and Housing Authority Board Agenda from prior to 2018 can be accessed by utilizing the ‘Document Search Quick Tips’ section also on the right-hand side of the screen.



5. My Subscriptions:

a. To create subscriptions, select ‘MANAGE’.



b. Enter your login information or select ‘Create Account’ if you have not previously done so.

c. Enter your personal information in the corresponding fields. Select ‘SUBMIT’.



d. You will be notified that you have been ‘successfully registered’. Select ‘OK’.

e. You can then select the meetings you would like to subscribe to. Select ‘Submit’.

f. You will be notified that your settings have been saved. Select ‘OK’.



g. The items that you subscribed to will then be displayed in the ‘My Subscriptions’ section of the web page.

h. You can modify your subscriptions and unsubscribe by selecting ‘MANAGE’.



i. You can modify your contact information by selecting ‘PROFILE’.

6. My Favorites:



a. To add a meeting to your favorites, select the meeting, which will open the meeting viewer screen. Select ‘Favorites.’



b. If you aren’t already logged in, the system will prompt you to do so.

c. Once logged in, select ‘ADD’. This will add the meeting to your favorites.

Please contact the Weld County Clerk to the Board’s Office at (970) 400-4225, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Would you like to attend a Weld County Board of Commissioners or Housing Authority Board Meeting? Board Meetings for Regular Items of Business are Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. (excluding certain holidays and cancellations approved by Resolution), in the Chambers of the Weld County Board of Commissioners, Assembly Room, Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631.
