View and retrieve form data 

The form tool is available to registered users . Several ways are possible to view the answers

from the forms.

1- the answers are sent by mail. 

When creating a form of address has been specified to receive real time responses. This

email address is usually that the site administrator who will possibly be followed.

The answers are then sent directly after validation form to this email address.

2- Viewing the answers from the website. 

Responses to a form are sent by mail and also stored on the website.

To access the answer you will first have to login to access the private area.

-2.1- Once in the private fly option "Channel Edit" toolbar Body Site:

During the flyby, a new menu appears:

The option needed here is "Forms and polls":

-2.2- Click on the icon « Forms and polls » 

You are now in front of the list of forms currently available:

We focus here on the first form "PRE -QUESTIONNAIRE Get Involved"

Two information will retain our attention:

1. the little green square indicates that the form has been answered

2. a second information specifies the number of response

In this case, the form has received 8 responses.

To read more easily answers to an individual form, click onthe little magnifying glass at the beginning of this line for eachresponse.

-2.6- It is actually easier to see the response of a particular form on the following page:  

Navigation buttons:

- Click "back" button to return to the previous page. 

- Click "See replies xx replies" button to list the full

responses of the form. See schema step 5 on page 3 -. 

- ClickThe "Download replies » button to access to a

download manager that allows you to download any

responses to this form. We will detail the operation in

step 7 on page 5. 

List of other responses to the

form, simply click on the

magnifying glass to view the

full page response. 

This part will present the

responses of a person in the

context of the form. 

This menu determines the status of the

response in progress. With "reply deleted,

you can delete an answer . For example: a

person trying again to clear the form.

3- Download the answers of a form 

With the website Tools, you can to download all the answers of a form into an Excel

spreadsheet . Responses will be then easily import in your Excel spreadsheets formatted

for your specific needs. 

-3.1- Return to page 1 and perform steps 2.1 to 2.5 (included ) 

-3.2- Here are the answers 

-3.3- On the top left of this page you will find 3 Administrations buttons:

The button were looking for now is « Download replies ». This button is also accessible

from the page of consultation of an answer - see the third mention of the green frame

"Navigation buttons:" Schema of the stage 2.6, Page 4. 

To access the download options responses click on "Download replies ».

-3.4- On this new page form download is offered:

-3.5- Expand the options block "File format":

In the list, select "CVS with tabs"

-3.6- To download the file, click on "Upload"

-3.7- The recording window appears in your browser (the display and the options are

different depending on the browser but are perfectly understandable and contextual

here in Firefox 3.5.3 mac -):

Click on « OK »

-3.8- File .xls (Excel format) containing the answers to the form is now on your

computer. 

You only haven now to find it in the download folder of your default browser and

double-click it to open:

-3.8- Here is the type of file you must obtain:

-3.9- To increase the readability of the record (optional), select all answers with the key

combination "ctrl A" for Windows or "apple" for mac.

Go to the option "Format" Excel, select "Column" then "AutoFit"
