Bottom Line

Fundamental resource and logistic pipeline is efficient.MALS Productivity remains consistent and at/above goalSupply performance is consistentSupport Equipment readiness is consistentTransportation/Resupply Times remain constant

Overall logistic assessment reveals that any readiness dips likely caused by several independent factors:

Several periods of bad weather (impacted distribution of parts/services)Continuation of MODs for MV-22, just completed in August.Internal maintenance management practices within individual squadrons.

Summary

SupplyPost RIP grooming of A/C and new ordering habits have led to an increase in total requisitions and first time requirements. This is a consistent historical trend. Beginning to stabilize.Weather effects have contributed to isolated increases in requisitions per A/C; overall pipeline is very responsive.Range/Depth dips due to Re-AVCAL in April. Over 3,000 line items have been added. Fill rates have increased after transition.Daily/Monthly dynamic level sets are addressing rise in “Not Carried” requisitions resulting in a positive effect.

GSENo significant decrease in GSE footprint at OIF.Readiness rates are, on average, above 90 percent.

MALS ProductionMALS productivity had a slight decrease due to BCM 1 rate spiking in June.TAT has improved on average by 1.8 days.
