THERMAL-MATIC AIR COOLED CONDENSER FEATURE:

Housing - Self-supporting construction made of texture corrosion resistance electro galvanize sheet painted with whether proof paint.

Copper Tube - Ø3/8″ smooth / inner groove

Fin - Aluminium die-formed with corrugated design, wavy edge, and full depth drawn collar.

Frame - electro galvanize steel (other material is option)

Coating - weather proof paint

Circuiting - multiple circuit and sub-cooling for higher efficiency

Pressure Test - 100% pressure test under 380psig to 400psig.

Extent of Supply - base frame, housing, and condenser are dehydrated with connection for one refrigeration circuit. - install with high speed axial fan set.

Optional Features: - horizontal air flow design- Ø1/2 copper tube- various thickness of copper tube- copper fin- hydrophilic fin- heresite and arestech coating for corrosion resistance- stainless steel 304, 316, or aluminium frame- special circuiting and header direction- with iron base to assemble all types of compressor- custom made condenser to suit all capacity- state of the art sickle blade fans from EBM, Ziehl-Abegg, or Kruger.

CONDENSER SELECTIONMETHOD 1 (Without condenser heat rejection rate)STEP 1Find out compressor cooling capacity.Example: A hermetic compressor has a cooling capacity of 20 kW at 45°C condensing temperature and 5°C evaporating temperature.

CONDENSER SELECTIONTarget is 28.66kw or closest, T170 gives 28.48kw.∴ T170 is the condenser suitable in this case.METHOD 2 (with condenser heat rejection rate)STEP 1Total Heat Rejection (KW) = Compressor cooling capacity + compressor input powerExample:

Total Heat Rejection = 19.29kw + 5.891kw = 25.18kw

STEP 2Choose Thermal-Matic condenser from table B.Assuming ambient temperature = 35°CExample: If Condensing Temperature is 45°C, then our ∆T = 10.

Target is 25.18kw or closest, T151 gives 25.2kw.∴ T151 is the condenser suitable in this case.
