This is also called constructive conflict. Encourages innovative thinking. Unshackles different point of view.

Creates competition. High morale

DYSFUNCTIOAL CONFLICT

Dysfunctional conflict blocks an organizationor group from reaching its goals.

Tension , Anxiety, Stress Drives out low conflict tolerant employees. Poor decision making.

Low morale. Can increase hostility and aggressive

behaviour .
