    DYSFUNCTIOAL CONFLICT

    Dysfunctional conflict blocks an organizationor group from reaching its goals.

    Tension , Anxiety, Stress Drives out low conflict tolerant employees. Poor decision making.

    Low morale. Can increase hostility and aggressive

    behaviour .

    Vertical Conflict: Between managers and

    subordinates.Horizonatal Conflict: Between departments

    and work groups.

    BY THE ORGANIZATION FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT

    OF ITS GOALS.

    # ON THE OTHER HAND DYSFUNCTIONAL CONFLICT ISLIKE A CANCER FOR AN ORGANIZATION, IT MUST BE

    DISCOURAGED.
